Threes Classroom

Our Three-Year-Old Classroom (36–48 Months)

A joyful, structured, and exploration-rich environment where preschoolers build the foundational skills needed for kindergarten readiness through purposeful play and Frog Street’s evidence-based curriculum.

Cognitive Development – How Preschoolers Learn to Think & Problem-Solve

Academy Goal

Provide hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences that strengthen reasoning, early math, science exploration, planning, and problem-solving—aligned with Frog Street Preschool’s STEAM and Concept of the Week focus.

At this stage, children are eager thinkers who want to understand how and why things happen. They begin comparing, predicting, measuring, counting, experimenting, and using logic to solve problems.

Three-year-olds refine both gross and fine motor skills needed for independence, writing readiness, and safe exploration.

Foundations We Aim to Build

  1. Gross Motor Skills
Jumping, hopping, throwing, catching, climbing, balancing on beams.
